Q. Are there any on-going costs as a Registered Trainer?

A. No, there are no on-going costs as a Registered Trainer, you are able to self-print unlimited certificates, workbooks and handouts, etc.

Q. Why are you more affordable than other healthcare train the trainer providers?

A. With over 7,000 Registered Trainers, we are able to provide a more affordable service than other providers due to the volume of trainers we train each year.

Q. What is the difference between training levels?

A. Level 1 (Awareness, normally for frontline staff), Level 2 (Implementation, normally for managers / supervisors), Level 3 (Trainer / Instructor, normally for those training frontline staff and mangers / supervisors).

Q. What is the difference between an Accredited and Non-Accredited Course?

A. Accredited courses are externally quality assured by an Awarding / Accreditation Body to meet rigorous standards, learners will receive an Accredited Certificate. Non-Accredited courses often mean a learner will receive a standard certificate issued without any external checks.

Q. Is early booking really recommended?

A. Yes, due to the price, service, support and accreditation we provide our courses book up very quickly, so early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Q. As a Registered Trainer what level can I deliver and certificate my learners?

A. Registered Trainers will be able to produce unlimited certificates for 2 years and deliver a course and certificate their learners at Level 1 or Level 2 depending on the course they are registered to deliver.

A. Very important, we receive hundreds of support questions on weekly basis where registered trainers and their organisations rely on our expert support.

Q. How long will it take for my Trainer Support question be answered?

A. All compliance support questions are received by email and responded within 48 working hours by our centre compliance team.

Q. What are the entry requirements to access the Trainer Packs?

A. You have completed our People Movers Moving & Handling Trainer / Assessor Course and been awarded an Accredited Level 3 Certificate or already hold certification where you have already been assessed with regard to trainer / presentation skills, i.e. Trainer Certificate, First Aid Instructor Certificate, AET, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS Certificate, Cert Ed, etc. or you are a Registered Nurse and can provide evidence of your current NMC Pin Number. We also accept e-Certificates from recognised awarding / accreditation bodies with regard to evidence of trainer / presentation skills.

Q. Are your healthcare train the trainer courses compliant to industry requirements?

A. Yes, our trainer courses assist with compliance of the Care Certificate standards developed jointly by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health and in meeting with regulating / inspecting body training requirements.
