About the Registered Trainer of the Year Award
The Registered Trainer of the Year Award recognises, rewards and promotes outstanding individuals who have made a positive impact within the healthcare training sector.

With over 7,000 Registered Trainers, Trainer Courses Ltd has developed into more than just a preferred train the trainer provider, we have established ourselves as one of the UK’s largest communities of trainers working collectively within the healthcare training sector. It’s an honour to provide an awards platform to recognise the dedication and contribution of our Registered Trainers”.
The Registered Trainer of the Year Award has been accredited with the Awards Trust Mark demonstrating our commitment for complete transparency and fairness.
The Awards Trust Mark scheme is a not-for-profit accreditation programme run by The Independent Awards Standards Council with the goal of, as the name suggests, enhancing trust between those entering awards schemes, and the organisations running them.

Award Entry Criteria & Judging Process
Exclusively for Trainer Courses Ltd Registered Trainers, the Registered Trainer of the Year Award is completely FREE, and we encourage all our Registered Trainers to consider submitting an entry, regardless of how long they have been registered for.
Registered Trainers must ensure they have a minimum of one of their trainer registrations and certifications in date when entering. Eligible entries will be presented to the Award Judging Panel who will select entrants into four stages; special mentions; shortlisted; finalists and a winner will be impartially judged on the following core values:
- Leadership
- Learner Focused
- Ethics
- Personal Development
- Supporting Evidence
If you are a Trainer Courses Ltd Registered Trainer and believe you have made a positive impact within the healthcare training sector, you can enter the awards, which will take place remotely throughout June and July 2023.

Ambassador and Award Judging Panel
The Registered Trainer of the Year Award is impartially judged, not on how long a trainer has been registered nor the amount of courses they are registered to deliver, but on what the individual has achieved and how their achievements have benefited and positively impacted the healthcare training sector.
